Solicitor - Commercial Litigation

The role

DAC Beachcroft is seeking a Solicitor for their Commercial Litigation team in London. This role is ideal for a newly qualified solicitor with a strong academic background and demonstrable experience in managing complex commercial disputes, including those with cross-border elements.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on a wide range of commercial disputes including contractual, shareholder, professional negligence, fraud, and insolvency-related claims
• Manage case files and assist partners with all aspects of litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR)
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, correspondence, and reports for clients
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex factual and legal issues
• Work closely with clients, counsel, experts, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective case management
• Contribute to thought leadership and business development activities
• Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate
