The role

Bird & Bird is seeking a junior/mid-level Associate with 2-3 years of PQE to join their Dispute Resolution practice in London. This role will focus on a range of commercial dispute resolution matters, with an interest in technology being beneficial.

What you'll do

Work on a broad range of dispute resolution matters for a range of clients across key industry sectors
Support the wider activities of the group, including business development and knowledge sharing
Advise major enterprises and high-growth businesses on transformative matters

What we're looking for

Two to three years Post Qualification Experience

Experience in a leading city firm

Passion for commercial dispute resolution

Good all-round commercial disputes lawyer

Solid legal training

Experience of both litigation and arbitration· nice to have

Interest in technology· nice to have

Exposure to international clients· nice to have

Exposure to regulatory work· nice to have

International arbitration experience· nice to have

Experience of multi-party disputes· nice to have

Experience of fraud matters· nice to have
