The role

HWLE Lawyers is seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join their Property practice in Adelaide. This role is for an experienced property lawyer with 5+ years of PQE who is looking for career advancement and to take on leadership responsibilities in complex transactions.

What you'll do

Lead complex commercial, industrial and retail transactions
Lead large commercial and residential developments (greenfield and off the plan)
Lead leasing matters
Collaborate with some of the nation's top-tier clients on significant matters
Team up with national colleagues

What we're looking for

5+ years post admission experience within property law

Experience in Property development and commercial transactions

Strong drafting skills

Strong organisational skills

Excellent communication skills

Commercial acumen and critical thinking capabilities

Leadership skills and a desire in developing our up-and-coming junior cohort

Full working rights in Australia

Valid practising certificate
