Restructuring Associate - Sydney at A&O Shearman

The role

A&O Shearman is seeking a Restructuring Associate with 2-4 years of PQE to join their Restructuring & Insolvency practice in Sydney, Australia. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex domestic and cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters for a variety of stakeholders within a leading international law firm.

What we're looking for

2 – 4 year PQE

Training from a top tier law firm with previous restructuring & bankruptcy experience

Outstanding academic credentials

High level drafting and analytic skills

Resilient self-starter with the intellectual curiosity and versatility to continuously acquire, build upon and share knowledge

Highly motivated team player with excellent organisational skills

Clear and concise communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills and a good eye for detail
