The role
Simmons & Simmons Adaptive is seeking an interim ECM/M&A Lawyer for a 6-month assignment supporting a financial institution client in London. This role is for a qualified lawyer with significant ECM or public M&A experience.

Significant ECM or public M&A experience
Experience working in a financial institution
Problem solver and offer a collaborative approach
Able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment
Able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads
Able to work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team
