The role
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader seeks a mid-level Tax Associate for its Boston office, focusing on transactional tax matters within corporate, partnership, and international law. This role is for associates with 3+ years of relevant experience.
What you'll do
- Work on a broad range of sophisticated corporate, partnership, and international tax matters arising in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other complex transactions
What we're looking for
Minimum of three years of relevant transactional tax experience
Transactional tax experience from a large law firm, a Big Four national tax practice or the IRS National Office
Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating the tax aspects of M&A, joint venture and other transactional documents
Outstanding analytical, research and writing skills
Strong academic credentials
Demonstrated commitment to excellence and client service
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Member of the Bar in the United States
Experience in international tax matters· nice to have
