The role
This is a Junior Associate role in Hogan Lovells Cadwalader's Tax practice in Washington D.C. The position is for a motivated tax lawyer with 3-5 years of experience, focusing on corporate, partnership, and international tax matters, including M&A and tax planning.
What you'll do
- Work on a range of sophisticated corporate, partnership, and international tax matters
- Advise on M&A, tax planning, investment funds and other transactional work
- Handle domestic and cross-border matters

Big 4 national tax practice or IRS National Office experience
Outstanding analytical skills
Outstanding research skills
Outstanding writing skills
Strong academic credentials
Demonstrated commitment to excellence and client service
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Member of the Bar in the United States
