Womble Bond Dickinson is seeking a Real Estate Lawyer with 4+ years of PQE for their Newcastle office. This role sits within the Finance & Real Estate practice areas, focusing on commercial real estate investment and asset management, with support on real estate finance and corporate transactions.

What you'll do

Handle diverse commercial real estate investment and asset management matters
Provide crucial support on larger real estate finance and corporate support transactions
Assist with the organisation of client events
Write articles for our website and other marketing activities

What we're looking for

A legal qualification

4+ year's post admission experience

Experience of working on real estate finance transactions

Experience gained from working as part of a team on complex transactions

Able to demonstrate knowledge gained in the key areas of focus

Excellent drafting skills

A sense of commercial pragmatism

A bright mind

A strong team ethos

Exposure to complex real estate work· nice to have

Experience of collaborating on real estate investment projects· nice to have
