The role
Womble Bond Dickinson is seeking a Commercial / Corporate / Finance Lawyer with 1-4 years of PQE to join their Finance practice group in Newcastle. This role will focus on high-profile rail contracts for major clients, offering exposure to significant deals within a respected team.
What you'll do
- Work on a diverse range of matters focused around strategic and high profile rail contracts for major clients
- Handle rail concessions
- Manage rolling stock procurement
- Engage in rail infrastructure projects
- Undertake international work
What we're looking for
