The role
Seeking a Solicitor with 2-3 PQE and a litigation background to join the Dispute Resolution team in Brisbane. This role will focus on high-profile litigation and dispute resolution matters including class actions and regulatory disputes, supporting Partners Emma Costello and Jasmine Forde.
What you'll do
- Contribute to the delivery of prompt and commercially astute advice
- Draft documents including pleadings, submissions, witness statements, affidavits etc
- Assist clients in the negotiation, resolution and settlement of complex disputes
- Support and actively develop relationships with clients
- Facilitate effective teamwork by developing strong internal relationships
- Embrace new technologies, including AI‑enabled legal tools
What we're looking for
2-3 PQE
Litigation background

First rate experience of drafting documents including pleadings, submissions, witness statements, affidavits etc
Experience in litigation, assisting clients in the negotiation, resolution and settlement of complex disputes
Strong commitment to client service and well-developed relationship management ability
