The role
Goodwin is seeking a mid-level associate with 1-2 years of PQE to join their real estate transactions practice. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in complex real estate financings, joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions across various asset classes.
What you'll do
- Represent lenders and/or borrowers in complex real estate financings
- Handle joint ventures
- Manage acquisitions and dispositions across various real estate asset classes
