Real Estate Junior Associate at Holland & Knight

The role

Holland & Knight is seeking a Real Estate Junior Associate with 2-3 years of PQE for their Denver office. This role focuses on a variety of real estate transactions including finance, joint ventures, and purchase agreements.

What we're looking for

2-3 years of substantive experience in real estate law

Significant experience in real estate finance (representing lenders and/or borrowers)

Significant experience in real estate joint ventures

Significant experience in purchase and sale agreements

Significant experience in general commercial real estate transactions

Strong drafting skills

Strong analytical skills

Strong negotiation skills

Ability to manage transactions with appropriate supervision

Excellent communication skills

Excellent client-service skills

Interest in hands-on training and early client responsibility

Experience/understanding of land use and development· nice to have
