The role
Goodwin is seeking a mid-level associate with 1-2 PQE to join their real estate transactions practice. The role is for candidates with outstanding academic credentials and strong communication skills, focusing on complex real estate financings, joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions.
What we're looking for

Outstanding academic credentials
Comparable law firm experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
Experience with complex real estate financings (lender and/or borrower representation)· nice to have

Experience with acquisitions· nice to have
Experience with dispositions across various real estate asset classes (e.g., office, multi-family, industrial, retail, hospitality)· nice to have
