The role
Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a mid to senior level ECVC associate for its Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Palo Alto offices. This role focuses on representing innovative companies through their lifecycle, from business formation and financing transactions to mergers and acquisitions, as well as supporting the funds that invest in them.
What we're looking for
At least four years of experience
Stellar academic credentials and references
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Quantitative and Excel skills
Ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships
Experience at a comparable law firm
