The role
Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a junior associate with at least two years of experience to join its expanding ECVC group in Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Palo Alto. The role focuses on representing innovative companies and the funds that invest in them throughout their lifecycle, including business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.

Experience in a comparable law firm
