Derivatives and Structured Products Associate at Hogan Lovells Cadwalader

The role

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking a derivatives and structured products associate for their Debt Capital Markets practice in London. The role is for a lawyer with one to three years of post-qualification experience, focusing on advising clients on a variety of structured products, securitised and OTC derivatives, and related hedging and lending arrangements.

What you'll do

Advise clients on the establishment and updating of on and off balance sheet structured products programmes
Advise clients on securitised and OTC derivatives
Advise clients on hedging arrangements as part of structured finance transactions
Advise clients on structured repo and securities lending arrangements
Advise clients on repackagings
Advise clients on regulatory advice connected with the above

What we're looking for

Experience gained within a top tier firm

Strong academic background

Excellent written communication skills

Excellent drafting skills

Outstanding technical skills

Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues

Ability to work well in a team

One to three years PQE
