The role
An opportunity for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel with experience in Intellectual Property, Technology & Cyber Security Law to join the IPTC team. This role involves working closely with clients, leading the development and negotiation of technology contracts, and providing guidance on procurement, privacy, and data-related matters, while also mentoring junior team members.
What you'll do
- Work closely with clients, building strong relationships through regular engagement and high-quality advice
- Lead the development and negotiation of technology contracts
- Provide practical, commercially focused guidance on procurement, privacy and data-related matters
- Mentor and develop the broader team
What we're looking for
Senior Associate or Special Counsel experience within Intellectual Property, Technology and Cyber Security Law
Strong technical expertise with a mindset of continuous growth and learning
Ability to communicate with clarity and authenticity to a variety of audiences
Proactive approach to business development, relationship building and maintaining a strong external profile
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgement in complex or time-sensitive matters
Experience and interest in supervising, mentoring or coaching junior lawyers
