Senior Associate - Litigation - Norwest at HWLE Lawyers

The role

This role is for a dynamic candidate with 5+ years of PAE to join the Norwest Litigation practice group at HWLE Lawyers. You will work on complex and commercially significant disputes, including corporations and shareholder disputes, and have the opportunity to collaborate with a prominent national client base.

What you'll do

Work on a wide variety of bespoke, complex and commercially significant disputes, including corporations and shareholder disputes, contract disputes, franchising disputes, ACL claims, property disputes and building and construction disputes
Collaborate with our prominent national client base

What we're looking for

5+ years' PAE with experience across commercial disputes and insolvency

Full working rights in Australia

A valid practising certificate

Experience across commercial disputes and insolvency· nice to have

A desire to work in a lean team environment, with ownership of matters and involvement in setting strategy· nice to have
