The role
K&L Gates is seeking a Lawyer with 2-5 years of PQE for their Restructuring & Insolvency practice group in Melbourne, Australia. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile domestic and international restructuring, insolvency, and litigation matters for major Australian banks and financiers.
What you'll do
- Act for Australia’s leading banks on complex restructuring and securities enforcement matters
- Act for receivers and managers as well as administrators and liquidators on the external administration of insolvent entities
- Advise on various complex domestic and international restructuring, insolvency and litigation matters
- Contribute knowledge and learning resources, including precedents
- Participate in business development and client relationship activities
