The role
Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld is seeking a Financial Restructuring Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their Restructuring & Insolvency practice in New York. The role will focus on representing various parties in complex restructuring matters.
What we're looking for
3-6 years of experience
Minimum of 3 years practicing at a leading law firm
Strong analytical skills
Strong writing skills
Significant experience representing debtors, creditors, investors, and/or other stakeholders in complex in-court and out-of-court restructurings
Ability to manage multiple matters
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a sophisticated deal team
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
