The role

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a Senior Associate or Associate for their Intellectual Property practice in Sydney. This role is for an energetic, driven, and focused individual with at least 4 years of PQE in intellectual property litigation and transactional advice, supporting award-winning partners.

What you'll do

Contribute to the expansion of the Intellectual Property team
Provide market leading litigation and transactional advice and strategy
Handle complex high-profile IP disputes and transactions of all types
Engage in brand and IP asset creation and protection
Work across borders with global colleagues
Be involved in market leading IP matters for IP Clients

What we're looking for

A minimum of 4 years PQE gained within a reputable Intellectual Property practice

Significant IP litigation experience

Strong time management & organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple conflicting priorities simultaneously

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong drafting skills

Intellectual curiosity and a love of learning

Exceptional academic achievements

Patent litigation experience· nice to have
