The role
K&L Gates is seeking a midlevel Real Estate Associate with 3-4 years of experience to join their Washington D.C. office. This role focuses on transactional and development work within the Real Estate practice group.
What you'll do
Draft purchase and sale agreements
Draft real estate development documentation
Draft due diligence materials
Draft other agreements specific to the industrial and technology sectors, including data centers and advanced manufacturing
