IP Patent Associate

The role

The Intellectual Property (IP) practice is seeking a mid-to-senior level associate with patent experience, preferably focused on patent disputes. This role will support patent prosecution and transactional practices, and is open to US markets with Dallas preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patent matters and an engineering background.

What you'll do

• Support complex intellectual property disputes, including patent, trademark, copyright, false advertising, unfair competition, and trade secret matters
• Support related licensing and commercial disputes
• Assist with patent application drafting
• Assist with transactional patent matters
