The role

Seeking a 3rd-5th year associate for the Employment Litigation group in New York. This role will handle a range of complex employment litigation matters including class actions, internal investigations, and client counseling.

What you'll do

• Work on pre-litigation matters
• Handle high profile single plaintiff employment cases
• Handle systemic discrimination and wage and hour class actions
• Respond to administrative charges
• Conduct internal investigations
• Counsel clients on a wide variety of employment issues
• Assume significant responsibility
• Work directly with corporate clients
• Manage complex cases
• Take depositions
• Defend depositions
• Make court appearances at important hearings
• Argue motions
• Handle mediations
