Global Human Capital & Compliance Associate at King & Spalding

The role

King & Spalding is seeking a mid-level associate with 4+ years of experience to join its Global Human Capital & Compliance practice in Los Angeles or San Francisco. This role will focus on employment litigation and counseling for clients on compliance with California employment laws.

What you'll do

Handle single plaintiff and collective/class action litigation involving discrimination, wage and hour compliance, harassment, and other disputes in federal and state courts
Counsel clients on compliance with federal and California state employment laws
Assist in the drafting of employment-related policies and procedures

What we're looking for

4+ years of experience

Experience covering a range of California employment litigation matters, including single plaintiff and collective/class action litigation

Experience counseling clients on compliance with federal and California state employment laws

Experience assisting in the drafting of employment-related policies and procedures

Strong academic credentials

Excellent written and oral presentation skills

California bar admission
