Labor and Employment Midlevel Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius

The role

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius is seeking a midlevel Labor and Employment Associate for their Seattle office with 3+ years of PQE. This role will focus on employment law matters including litigation, investigations, and arbitrations.

What we're looking for

3-5 years of experience

A minimum of three years of experience in employment law

Experience in single-plaintiff litigation

Experience in wage and hour and other class-action lawsuits

Experience in internal investigations

Experience in restrictive covenant litigation

Experience in arbitrations

Experience briefing motions

Experience propounding and responding to discovery, including ESI discovery

Excellent academic credentials

Strong research, organization, writing, and analytical skills

Active Washington Bar membership

Significant litigation experience with a strong interest in labor & employment· nice to have
