Key requirements
Three to four years of law firm experience Meaningful experience in labor and employment law Substantive experience advising clients on workplace safety and health matters, including OSHA compliance, inspections, investigations, citations, enforcement actions, and related counseling Experience representing employers in interactions with OSHA and other workplace safety agencies
The role
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius is seeking a Labor and Employment Midlevel Associate with 3-4 years of experience for its Employment practice group. The role will focus on OSHA compliance and related regulatory matters, supporting clients across various industries.
What we're looking for
Three to four years of law firm experience
Meaningful experience in labor and employment law
Substantive experience advising clients on workplace safety and health matters, including OSHA compliance, inspections, investigations, citations, enforcement actions, and related counseling
Experience representing employers in interactions with OSHA and other workplace safety agencies
Experience responding to government inquiries
Experience conducting internal investigations
Experience developing compliance strategies
Experience managing enforcement proceedings
Experience with employment litigation and/or counseling
Excellent academic credentials
Strong research, writing, organization, and analytical skills
Licensed and in good standing in the jurisdiction in which the candidate is seeking to practice, or eligible to obtain admission promptly
Experience preferably gained at a law firm· nice to have
