The role

This role is for an Antitrust attorney with 3-6 years of PQE, focusing on complex merger investigations and Second Request compliance. The position is ideally based in Washington, D.C. and requires experience managing reviews and leading teams.

Experience with mergers

Experience in both the substantive and process portions of Second Request compliance

Ability to manage a 2R review
