Lawyer - EU, Competition & Procurement

The role

A&L Goodbody is seeking a Lawyer with 1-4 years of experience to join its EU, Competition & Procurement practice group in Dublin, Ireland. This role focuses on advising domestic and global corporations and state entities on various aspects of EU and Irish competition law, including merger control, investigations, and public procurement.

What you'll do

• Develop your skills and experience across the full spectrum of EU, Competition & Procurement law, including merger control, cartel investigations, abuse of dominance, state aid, public procurement, foreign direct investment screening, Foreign Subsidies Regulation, telecoms and other types of regulation, and all related EU and Irish litigation
• Advise on domestic merger notifications
• Advise on CCPC investigations
• Advise on the intersection of Irish and EU competition regimes
