The role
Goodwin is seeking a Technology - Senior M&A Associate for their Boston office. This role is for an experienced lawyer with 5+ years of PQE, specializing in Technology and M&A practice areas.
What we're looking for
5+ years of comparable law firm experience
Significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, preferably for both early- and late-stage technology companies and leading venture capital investor clients
Proactive approach
Strong business sense
Ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships
Outstanding academic credentials
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
Experience working in teams· nice to have
Experience managing components of transactions independently· nice to have
