The role
Goodwin is seeking highly qualified senior associates for its Technologies Companies M&A group. Candidates should have significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, preferably for technology companies and venture capital investors, with the ability to manage transactions independently and within teams. The ideal candidate will also possess a strong business sense and excellent client relationship management skills.
