The role

Goodwin is seeking a Technology - Senior M&A Associate with 5+ years of experience to join their Los Angeles office. This role will focus on M&A transactions within the Technology practice group, supporting early- and late-stage technology companies and venture capital investor clients.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience

Significant experience in mergers and acquisitions

Experience preferably for both early- and late-stage technology companies

Experience preferably for leading venture capital investor clients

Proactive approach

Strong business sense

Ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships

Outstanding academic credentials

Comparable law firm experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly

Experience working in teams· nice to have

Experience managing components of transactions independently· nice to have
