The role
Goodwin is seeking a Senior M&A Associate for its Technology Companies M&A group in San Francisco. The role is for an experienced lawyer with 5+ years of PQE, focusing on technology M&A transactions.

Ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships
Outstanding academic credentials
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required
Proactive demeanor· nice to have
Strong business sense· nice to have
