The role
Cooley LLP is seeking a Technology Transactions Associate with three to five years of experience for its Palo Alto and New York offices. This role focuses on high technology commercial transactions and intellectual property licensing, with an emphasis on drafting and negotiating complex agreements related to AI, software, cloud services, and technology transfer.
