The role

The Compensation and Benefits practice group is seeking an Associate with 3-6 years of experience. The role will focus on equity and executive compensation, proxy disclosures, employment and severance agreements, IRC Sections 280G and 409A, mergers & acquisitions, and IPOs.

Excellent academic credentials
