The role

The Compensation and Benefits practice group is seeking an Associate with 3-6 years of PQE. The role focuses on equity and executive compensation, proxy disclosures, employment agreements, IRC Sections 280G and 409A, M&A, and IPOs. Ideal candidates will possess excellent academic credentials and strong communication and analytical skills.

Experience with IRC Sections 280G and 409A

Experience with mergers & acquisitions
