The Compensation and Benefits practice group is seeking an Associate with 3-6 years of experience in equity and executive compensation, proxy disclosures, employment agreements, and M&A transactions. This role is ideal for a candidate with excellent academic credentials and strong communication and analytical skills.

Experience with equity and executive compensation

Experience with proxy disclosures

Experience with employment and severance agreements

Experience with IRC Sections 280G and 409A

Experience with mergers & acquisitions

Experience with IPOs

Excellent academic credentials

Superior writing skills
