The role

The Compensation and Benefits practice group is seeking an Associate with 3-6 years of experience to focus on equity and executive compensation, proxy disclosures, employment agreements, and related matters in M&A and IPOs. Ideal candidates possess excellent academic credentials and strong communication and analytical skills.

What we're looking for

3-6 years of experience

Experience with equity and executive compensation

Experience with proxy disclosures

Experience with employment and severance agreements

Experience with IRC Sections 280G and 409A

Experience with mergers & acquisitions

Experience with IPOs

Excellent academic credentials

Superior writing skills

Superior oral communication skills

Superior analytical skills
