Investment Funds Managing Associate 6+ PQE, London

The role

Addleshaw Goddard is seeking an Investment Funds Managing Associate with 6+ years of PQE to join their Private Funds Group in London. This role is for an experienced lawyer to play a central role in advising on fund formation and fund investments, working with UK and international partners.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with UK and International Partners on the continued expansion of the team and practice
• Work on private funds mandates
• Be client focused and thinking about how AI and other tools may be harnessed to improve the overall service
• Foster and grow client relationships and develop new ones
• Collaborate with colleagues in the direct team and other AG practice areas
• Engage with formal training programmes
• Liaise and coordinate with fee earners from other relevant disciplines as needed
• Lead or support key negotiations with fund managers, investors and other parties
• Take day to day responsibility for matter conduct
• Contribute to the general upkeep of the group (whether that be to training, precedents, or know-how generally)
• Contribute to the preparation and delivery of pitches to clients
