The role
The Compensation and Benefits practice group is seeking an attorney with at least 6 years of PQE to advise on tax-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare plans. The role involves ERISA compliance, plan design, administration, regulatory matters, and counseling on benefit plan issues in transactions. Ideal candidates will have excellent academic credentials and superior communication and analytical skills.

Experience with compliance testing
Experience with IRS and Department of Labor filings and audits
Experience with correction matters
Excellent academic credentials
Superior writing skills
Superior oral communication skills
Superior analytical skills
