- Negotiate IP- and technology-intensive transactions
What we're looking for
At least three years of experience in the IP and technology transactions practice of a similar law firm
Focus on large companies
Substantial experience in IP/technology elements of M&A transactions
Significant commercial agreements experience
Science/technical background· nice to have
Commercial AI experience (compute/digital infrastructure transactions + commercial partnerships)· nice to have
