At least three years of experience working in the IP and technology transactions practice of a similar law firm Practice focused on large companies Substantial experience in IP/technology elements of M&A transactions Significant commercial agreements experience
The role
Sullivan & Cromwell is seeking experienced associates for its Intellectual Property & Technology Transactions group. The role is for lawyers with at least three years of PQE focused on IP and technology transactions for large companies, with a preference for experience in M&A and commercial agreements.
What you'll do
- Structure IP- and technology-intensive transactions
- Draft IP- and technology-intensive transactions
- Negotiate IP- and technology-intensive transactions
What we're looking for
At least three years of experience working in the IP and technology transactions practice of a similar law firm
Practice focused on large companies
Substantial experience in IP/technology elements of M&A transactions
Significant commercial agreements experience
Science/technical background· nice to have
Commercial AI experience including compute/digital infrastructure transactions and commercial partnerships· nice to have
