The role
We are seeking an Associate with law school class years 2019-2023 to join our Environmental practice group. This role focuses on federal environmental litigation matters and requires the ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.

Law school classes 2019-2023
Experience in environmental litigation matters
Experience at the federal level
Ability to analyze complex and technical regulatory schemes
Understanding of enforcement approaches used by federal agencies and/or the Department of Justice
Solid foundation in environmental and administrative law concepts
Independence and ability to manage and complete projects with minimal direct supervision
Self-starters
Strong academic credentials
Strong research and writing skills
Government-side enforcement experience related to environmental or similar issues· nice to have
Civil environmental litigation experience· nice to have
