The role
A Real Estate Lawyer with 1-3 years of PQE is sought to join a market-leading practice in Sydney. This role involves supporting leading partners, Felicity Savage, Francesca Giorlando, and Jessica Wallis, on significant, complex, and high-value commercial real estate transactions, including major developments, acquisitions, disposals, and capital partnering.
What you'll do
- Advise on acquisitions and disposals of commercial real estate assets
- Draft, negotiate and review key transactional and development documentation
- Support major real estate developments from structuring through delivery
- Work directly with clients
- Collaborate across practice groups
What we're looking for
1-3 years of PQE
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Strong knowledge of the real estate industry
Strong commitment to client service
Well-developed relationship management ability
Ability and willingness to mentor junior colleagues and support other team members
First rate experience in drafting complex agreements and allocating risk in a commercially appropriate manner
Recognised major development experience gained in a similar environment
Strong technical skills
Sound commercial judgement
Attention to detail
Genuine interest in complex, large-scale real estate work
Hold all visas and other approvals necessary for you to work for the firm in Australia
