The role
Paul Hastings is seeking a 3rd to 5th year associate to join its Emerging Companies & Growth practice in Palo Alto. The role requires experience with early-stage and growth-stage companies, general corporate matters, and ideally advising issuers and underwriters in capital markets transactions.
