What we're looking for
3-5 years of representative experience in Intellectual Property law
Experience in Canadian trademark prosecution
Experience with copyright, trademark and trade secret protection
Experience with IP due diligence
Experience with licensing and other IP agreements, including SaaS/distribution contracts
Experience representing clients on IP matters before the Federal Court and TMOB
Experience with IP strategy and advice
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple client priorities within tight timelines
Member in good standing with a Canadian Law Society
