Supervising Associate - Private Equity

The role

Simmons & Simmons is seeking a Supervising Associate with 3-5 years of PQE in Private Equity to join their London or Bristol office. The role involves acting for a broad range of financial sponsors, management teams, and portfolio companies, with exposure to complex, high-value, and international transactions.

What you'll do

• Act for a broad range of mid-market and lower mid-market financial sponsors, management teams and portfolio companies
• Work on complex, high-value and often international transactions
• Work closely with clients on acquisitions, disposals, platform investments, add-on transactions, management equity arrangements and broader strategic corporate matters
• Collaborate within a collegiate and well-integrated private equity team
• Engage in significant client contact
• Play a key role in developing long-term relationships with sponsors, management teams and intermediaries across the market
