The role
Fried Frank is seeking an Asset Management Sub-Doc Associate for their New York or Washington D.C. office. This off-track role is ideal for a JD holder with strong academics and client-facing skills, focusing on reviewing and negotiating investor subscription and transfer documents for M&A related matters within the Asset Management Group.

- Reviewing and negotiating investor subscription and transfer documents
What we're looking for
JD and admission to the DC or NY Bar (pending admission is acceptable)
Strong academic credentials
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to present well to clients
Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of securities law is a plus but not required· nice to have

Compensation commensurate with a first year associate: $225,000
