Associate - Health Commercial (Primary Care)

The role

Hill Dickinson is seeking an Associate for their Health Commercial team in Leeds, with a primary care focus. This role is for a qualified solicitor with experience in corporate and commercial law who wants to develop their career within a leading health sector practice.

What you'll do

• Support general practice and wider primary care clients with their general commercial requirements
• Advise on corporate forms and incorporating new business models and associated governance documentation
• Help support the development of the national client base, building relationships with clients and key intermediaries
• Draft contractual terms and conditions including service level agreements, partnership agreements and data protection documentation
• Work on innovative contracting models including joint ventures, alliance agreements and collaboration arrangements, and associated governance arrangements
• Support the wider team on commercial and regulatory work on a broad range of day-to-day matters for NHS and independent sector clients
• Assist with NHS, indehealth, primary care and healthtech related mergers and acquisitions
• Advise healthtech providers (including NHS organisations and private providers) on commercial and regulatory issues including information law
• Support business development strategies of the team and wider business group and present as the face of the firm to clients and intermediaries
• Work with the wider office team to proactively promote and raise the profile of Hill Dickinson, including attending networking events and participating in corporate social responsibility initiatives
