The role
Mallesons is seeking a Solicitor with 2-3 years of PQE to join their Construction practice in Brisbane. This role will involve working on significant front-end construction and major project matters for leading clients, supporting Partner Shannon Etwell.
What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive advice on front-end construction and major project matters
- Undertake risk analysis
- Assist with project structuring
- Advise on delivery models
- Draft and negotiate construction contracts
- Contribute to complex, high-value transactions
- Work on a diverse range of major matters for leading energy, resources and infrastructure clients
- Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
What we're looking for
Front-end construction expertise

Strong analytical, communication and research skills, with attention to detail
Commercial curiosity – a drive to keep up to date with construction sector issues and developments
