The role
Gadens is seeking a Senior Associate for its Banking & Finance team in Melbourne, Australia. The role focuses on Structured Finance, Securitisation, and general Corporate Finance, requiring at least 5+ years of relevant experience.
What you'll do
- Lead structured finance and securitisation transactions with support from junior lawyers
- Mentor junior lawyers and support staff
- Manage client development opportunities
- Gain exposure to cross-border transactions (Asia, Europe and North America)

Experience in general corporate finance, asset-based lending and/or derivatives is preferred but not essential· nice to have
International experience is highly regarded· nice to have
