The role
Gadens is seeking a Senior Associate for their Real Estate team in Melbourne. This role is for an experienced lawyer with 6-10 years of PQE, focusing on property development and a wide variety of property transactions.
What you'll do
- Provide advice on a wide variety of property transactions
- Work both independently and as part of a team, with direct client contact
- Gain broad general property exposure
- Mentor junior lawyers and support staff
What we're looking for

Demonstrated ability to be curious about the industries and markets within which our clients operate and develop knowledge quickly
Demonstrated skillset to manage timeframes and proactively manage priorities as part of a high performing team in a fast-paced working environment
